When Beyoncé announced the dates for the Cowboy Carter and the Rodeo Chitlin’ Circuit Tour, I knew I wasn’t going to miss it. I willingly shelled out a lot of money for tickets — many of us were still paying off our credit cards from the Renaissance concerts when Cowboy Carter tickets dropped — and I splurged on floor seats. I didn’t make it to the Honey Pot, but damn, I came close.
